Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran the race as a pack with Jack, Aaron, and Ethan. Overall, good group running as we were never further apart than about four strides (which happened at the beginning because of how things unfolded on the starting line). Did 4 200s with Jack and Aaron afterward with a 200-meter cooldown. I felt good cardio-wise during the race, but I am lacking everything in speed which is totally normal and fine for right now. I had fun today, and I'm looking forward to getting some speed work under my belt finally next week. Race time is approx.
