Woke at 5:15 to finish meet roster before the 7:00am bus and still only just barely made it there on time. We were a bit rushed to view course before first races, but once we got into a rhythm, things went pretty smoothly. Used the meet as our first workout and forced pack running for most of the 6 races. Both calves continue to feel tight and painful, especially the right one recently, but they held up well enough as long as I kept everything at a loping clip. Jogged about a mile and a half of the course with the team and then ran roughly a mile for each of the 6 races. On some of the later races, I managed to add some bushwhacking and extended my route some. Did a fair bit of massage on the bus rides and iced at night.
