Comments:
Felt crappy the whole day but somehow put myself together for this workout. Ran 5 hills with the orecchiette at BK, and then fast pace up the driveway, turned right on the road stopping at Nebraska. Big hill, but we kept the pace, even sped up, at the crest. Good team work with Jack for the entire workout.
