Ran the shift again this morning .. Pretty fun day, had a great crew. Monday's are nice on the floor - morning starts slow which allows plenty of time to wake up.

Good times with Sara and the girls after work. A lot of "lovies"!

Was looking forward to climbing today - it had been too long since I'd been out there.

Kept it super light. As for the body after yesterday - no exit wounds. Feeling pretty good. Definitely some calf soreness from running up those climbs but other than that, good energy and feel good.

Alright, I need to put in some mileage this week. No more 45mi weeks on 5-6 days of running! :)

Give me 60 this week!
