Comments:
Put in a 4.5 mile interval run.... played with Garmin and how I felt... sometimes running 4minutes/walk 1; sometimes running 3:30, walk a little longer.... in my mind it was just to get leg time
1 mike cool down with .10 jog, .05 walk ... last .25 miles mostly walk
