Well you sure have done this course before.!!
I truly think you can go out close to 7 pace the first mile and feel pretty comfortable.
The second mile let's really try to take some chances. You know it starts uphill but then goes downhill the second half so let's really try to push this one.
The 3rd mile is a sucker. But if you can try to latch onto someone or pick someone off or do anything you can to fight up that hill you will be in a good place to finish strong.
It will still be warm but as usual a great workout for the longer distances...
