Hoping to get 5 miles in at an uptempo pace..
Meaning it's not a true tempo pace run, but if you are feeling good and the conditions are descent, let's try to keep a steady HM marathon type pace of 7:50 to 8:15 depending on terrain and weather.
You've been doing this on many runs anyway, so really it's just 5 miles similar to what you have been doing ...only its official this time!!!
