14 miles!!!!
This is a big one..
I want you to start the first few miles pretty easy and then try to get in a groove...
Depending on where you do it and with who, I Really want you to take some chances and try to clip off some of the middle miles in 8:15 to 8:30 pace.
Not all but a few would be great...

14 is a lot. You will need to be mentally prepared. You will need to have fuel by miles 5 and 9 at the least and of course plenty of fluids throughout..!!
