Warm up well .5 miles or so

Stretch ...
Run .75 miles fast (3 laps)
Stop watch or hit split..
Complete rest or slow walk 3 min

I want 4 of these!!!

I know it's a lot but you got a half coming up!!


I think a great goal for these would be to hit them in 9 min. Or less.
Really anything 8:30 to 9 min. Would be ideal depending on where and when you do them.
This is a hard speedy one.
I'm asking you to run a lot but we have to try!;)
