Long run

Comments:
Looking for 9 if everything is feeling ok. I know we missed some long run weekends so 9 would be a great accomplishment for today.
So we need to be mentally prepared and have a plan of where and with who you are going to do it with.

What I would like to see is the first 4 miles at .6 run and .1 fast walk
And the second 5 miles at .4 run and .1 fast walk

We will touch base but I think if hip and periformis cooperate I are ready!!
