Comments:
Warmup and cooldown on track. 2 mile time trial on track in 9:48 with trainers on. 2x1200 in 3:35ish range with about 5 min recovery between. 1200s felt pretty easy, 2 mile was a little more difficult. Hip was not that bad and did not feel it during workout. Heated it before the run and stretched it after.
