Well, last week mileage-wise was a complete L. A combination of RVP Sculli-Plague 2017, foot problems, and alcohol prevented me from running as much last week. I went from 60 miles to 18 miles.... rip!!!!

Sorry this is a new week and though I'm still kind of sick, I went out for a 1am run tonight (this run is dedicated to Sean Virden). I ran a 6 mile campus loop. I did not feel great, my legs were sore from the race, i had stomach cramps, and I was really tired from the weekend but I got it done. I'm hoping to hit 50-60 miles this week depending on how i feel, so hopefully I continue to feel better and run better. Overall though decent run.
