It was one of those runs were my legs were just singing. I assumed I'd be wiped out from running up a 3100-foot mountain yesterday, but as soon as I hit the pavement by legs just wanted to go. They started to change their mind after about 14 minutes, but by then the rest of my body was in a groove and didn't want to stop. I'll probably pay for this tempo tomorrow at our weekly BAA track workout, but hey, I'm not training for anything in particular right now, so if legs wanna fly, why not indulge them? Ultimately, I run because on some level it feeeeeeels sooo gooooood
