Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Did a circuit of Ft. Reno. Rough terrain to run a workout on. My groin was bothering me a bit over the weekend and then a lot more yesterday, but it became much much worse during the workout. It was tough running back, cutting the workout short. I believe that it is strained. I'm icing plenty tonight, and will reassess before the run tomorrow.
