Creatively Thinking About How Bad This Workout Was

Comments:
Well, I go out of Creative Thinking class early, but not early enough to make it to practice on time. I still was able to walk back to Gunson, change clothes, and meet everyone at Ramey. I ended up getting there, when everybody has 5 reps left to go so that was good.

BTW, the workout was a 2.2 mile warmup, 8x1000m with 3 min jogging rest in between, and a 2 mile cool down. We did this at Ramey with the huge ass hill. This workout did not go very great for me. I kept really good reps for the first 3, but I slowly died out, especially when everyone else was gone.

I just never felt comfortable or good during the workout. My legs were sore and the hills were just feeling bad. I kept getting passed on the downhill by people and I had a hard time pushing much harder. My 7th rep was so bad, that I almost didn't do the last one but decided I needed to put the effort in. So on the 8th one, I just had to pretend it was the last 1000 meters of a race. Still not a great split, but it was better lol. So overall not the best workout by any means, but I got through it. My foots still slightly acting up, which sucks but yeah I'm gonna keep running as long as it doesn't really suck (Foot was not the problem during the workout, definitely just sore legs). It was also my first workout in 2 weeks.... after taking a break from the RVP-Sculli Plague 2017..... RIP!

Also the extra 1000 meter was from me picking up the cones..... have to log everything lol.
