Weather: little bit muddy, cool
Comments:
I had a really strong finish; worked it hard from the 2mile through to the end; my strongest finish ever, I think. I just need to apply that to the whole race, but I think this was my best race yet this season. 6k,24:22 (6:32/mile), 4th on the team. At an even pace that would have been a 20:18 5k, my faster this season.
