Weather: 72-78 and humid!
Comments:
Ran with team. 1 mile up to Qdoba. Stretched and drills. Then 5 mile loop with 8x1:00 on/1:00 off after 1.5 miles. Ran first in about 6:50 and then worked down to 5:35-6:00 pace. About 1.25 down for 6 on the day. Ran pretty controlled and quads felt better today. Maybe the ride last night helped.
