I'm wayy up on mileage this week, and I've got a race tomorrow, so I took this real short. Felt good, focused on form, kept off pavement where I could.
In other news, my method of running with the work phone is working like a charm. Only a hair under 2 weeks to go to keep dealing with this thing.
