Comments:
I did slow and easy intervals.... attempted 4min/1min; but listened to my body and "didn't depend " on Garmin...
Crossed Bridge of Lion and Back across again (just once over and back today)..took a little head wind on intercoastal...
Paused for photos, but paused Garmin.
Cool down was a .25 walk/.10 run for a mile...
