Exercise Type: Run

Ok it's that time to try and get a few hills in.
I do not want this bothering hoo so let's just try them out and if things feel weird don't continue with hills..
So I'm looking for 4 miles easy ... no set pace or time for actual run, BUT the kicker is, either within the run or after the run, I would like you to find a short hill you can run up for at least 30 seconds. Nothing too steep though!
Run up hill moderately fast focusing on high knees and good arm swing for 20 to 30 seconds.
Jog or walk back down.
Let's do about 4 or 5 of these. No need for splits but just lmk if you get them in pleeeze;)
The main idea is to focus on form and quick feet but again, these are NOT all out sprints or anything and stop if hurts!
