You can do it!!
My challenge to you for this one is to start conservative but anywhere else in the run let's try to clip off a mile or two at sub 11 pace. It will require you to really push bc 12 is a lot, but I think if you hit the right terrain, it's very possible.
Please take fuel by mile 5 the latest!
You will need at least a couple times throughout run to get some calories in you..
