Ok coming off your weekend of long bridge runnnjng, I'm looking for today to be just a very easy 4 miles however you want to do it.
Just played with the Garmin and my
Legs (just because I had on heels all day kegs were tighter first few), slow steady and just ignored watch for most part....
The cooldown went:
