Comments:
Ran from the gym to the track. Decided impromptu to do 45/65s. Like 30/40s only much slower cause I've never been that fast and I'm also out of shape.

Hit: 43.3, 57.4; 41.9, 65.1; 42.5, 60.2; 42.3, 60.8; 40.3, 60.9; 41.0, 57.8 (Avg: 42.1/60.41)

Wound up a bit quicker than planned but not a bad mile and a half overall.

Waited a bit and did two three point starts (one each side) to just touch the speedy side a bit. Felt good. Real good. Definitely felt clunky doing starts in normal trainers though. That's alright, no spikes for a little while yet.

Lift:
8x65, 3x4x75 DB Bench. Having just gotten back from the run definitely hampered the numbers and the motivation here. Back at it tomorrow.
