400s cut short

Comments:
Ran most of the 4's with Jack, working together on pace with me on the inside and him next to me and slightly in front. Great work through the first eight, extremely consistent laps, always aiming to go through the 200 in about 37/38. Felt really nice until the ninth. On the ninth, a floppy, weak feeling, prompting my inability to fire muscles in my left leg, arose, and I had to stop running. I couldn't even walk back, Anthony was very nice and gave me and Abigail a ride. Kevin believes that I have tendinitis, that I am too loose in my left leg. He prescribed not stretching, but a large amount of icing and normal running. Who knows, it may feel normal tomorrow, or it may feel a whole lot worse. Was supposed to do 12.
