My life is capstone rn

Alright so this shouldn't be news to you, but I am currently working on my senior capstone project. And that requires a fuck load of time. It's literally the only class in which I am spending any time outside of class. And it's a lot. Today I had a group meeting that went long so I was not able to get over to Munn in time to measure an accurate course for today's workout. So I was only able to get a rough estimate of what a mile was with my gps watch. So the workout was supposed to be 5 x mile at threshold with 1:00 rest, but it ended up being more like .98 miles. I know that is not much but I am super specific with how I workout. Here is how it went:

5:34.6 (1:07 rest) = 5:40
5:24.7 (1:09 rest) = 5:31
5:27.7 (1:02 rest) = 5:34
5:28.0 (:56 rest) = 5:34
5:37.2 = 5:43

Then I actually did 6 strides afterward which is an extreme rarity.

Definitely could have gone faster and done another for sure. But we got Little Tens on Saturday and I am due for a good race so I didn't want to mess that up. It was still a good workout and I am happy to be back in good form.
