Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
A true LSD (long steady distance) run with Chris George, a longtime member of the BAA. I decided that we should explore the trails in Wellesley which I've passed and often hear about but never trodden. Turned out to be an absolutely gorgeous run with dirt trail, bike path, and few connecting streets. Wellesley College has some absolutely beautiful grounds, with a large lake with a trail or two around it. The pace started at 9 min per mile and crept down to 8, averaging 8:30 the whole way. Slower than I would have liked, but I was sufficiently weary by the end - 16 miles, is after all, 16 miles, no matter how leisurely you take it.

Incidentally, this has been my highest mileage week maybe since April 2016 though its hard to say
