...West Virginia. Just kidding. Back in DC--ran to the Country Club nature trail. Felt good and realized that I never got a workout in over these past couple of days, so did a 20-minute tempo. Out and back; turned at 10:00. Positive split on the back (downhill), but what can ya do? Legs haven't been this painfree in two years.
