15 miles!!!!!
This is very important!!
I want to do a run where you are actually pushing hard the first five mikes...
So no easing into things this weekend!
You are starting at a pace that is probably between 8:15 and 8:30 ish
Then I want the middle 5 mikes to back down done and get back to a regular easy pace not worrying so much about pace
Finish last 5 miles hard..
Do what you can. This is a tough one and your last long tough one until race
