**out of town again this weekend to squishing all my runs in by friday. woke up late and didn't have time to get the 3rd 15 in but did what i could...no cheating
This is a harder one that can be done today or tommoro. Warm up 1 mile easy
Run for 15 min. At a harder type effott but do not look at pace!!
I want this to go completely by feel and effort
Think like 90% effort so not all out...
After the first 15 min., jog/walk for 5 min easily..
Repeat the 15 min piece again going by effort. DO NOT look at watch for pace until the end...
Cooldown a bit of have time.
The idea of this workout is to run by feel. Do not cheat. I think sometimes we just need to run and not be a Slave to our garmins and then we can see the results at the end!!
