*had a bathroom issue a mile and a half in. Not an optimal run but I finished

Looking for a solid 8.
No set pressure on pace but please please do this for me.
It has sooo many benefits.

I'd like you to run a 1 min faster type surge for every 10 min of running. So keep thecrest of run at an as you feel pace but work those one min. Pieces!!!
