Comments:
Workout at AU with Levi, Ben, Litty, and Jack. 1600s and one 400. Felt very in control, and although legs felt unequal, I managed them well. The stability exercises are starting to help me. More great help from Kevin before practice. In terms of the workout, the first two felt very easy, and then I tried to go as fast as I could on the third without losing form or control. I was proud of that effort. The 400 was five seconds faster than Anthony wanted, and I could have taken that one more easily for sure. Great work from all the hoppers on the track today.
