Today's workout was 8x1000 w/ 3:00 rest on grass. Here were my splits:

This was straight up my best 1k repeats workout ever. Last year we did this workout at the same location but with 2:30 rest, and I averaged 3:16. Paolo still beat me today on the last one but that's ok. I didn't want to go all out. For the first 7 we were side by side which is good.

And yes, I double measured the course and it was indeed exactly 1000m.
