Out of Gas, Run Like Ass

Today's workout was supposed to be 8x1000 meter repeats with 3 minute standing rest at the arboretum, but I only did 5. I hadn't eaten a full meal all day, so that was a huge L. I slowly dropped from the main pack throughout the workout and then proceeded to get dicked on by Matt Ring on last rep.

So yeah it was an L of a workout, but I'll try to make a comeback on Thursday. My splits were decent, besides the 4th reps, but yeah just no fuel to keep me going. My foot was bothering me a little bit, but when is it not lol.
