Weather: mild lil chilly

Comments:
my hamstrings felt like shit after 7 miles. it felt like i faught for every step. but i finished. was runnin 8 minute pace toward the end but finishing was more important to me than speed today. otherwise i felt good from miles 2-5. quads were tight the first 4 miles so i stopped to stretch them and they were ok after that.
