Comments:
2 sets 5 x 2 min hard 1:15 min rest between reps, 3:15 min rest between sets
run however far you can in 2 min at hard effort 5k race pace (about 500-530m)
ran my first set around 21min 5k pace, ran hard the second set for closer to 20min 5k pace
felt good throughout, tired by the last 3 but was able to run faster and consistent times still
