Comments:
OK second time I've tried to update.
Had a wee headwind, if you want to call it that...at one point it did that a little, but nothing making it hard; I did a 4:00/1:00; 3:30/1:30... just going. The last mile I could feel the yard work "hammies" talking to me, but not too horrible . Though I believe it's what slowed me back. But I finished and felt good. Not great not horrible but good....
