Mile cutdown workout!!
Getting some speed in. Been awhile since we did this one but really want to get it in somehow!
Warm up with group if at clinic
Run 1 mile fast
Rest 3 min.
Run .75 miles fast
Rest 3 min
Run .5 miles fast
Rest 3 min
Run .25 miles fast...
OK,so today went well again. I did not get to Track Shack before this run. I rested and then follow I played with the intervals, jogging no less than .15 but no more than .25,would walk .10 or .15 based on job time
Also did a 1 mile walk only ....had the time so I got it in before work event
New shoes today!!!! Trying them tomorrow for 10!!!!
