At the end of my last interval, Matt Ring threw his ID at me from a reasonable distance and got me right in the head. Pretty fucking crazy!

Anyways, today's workout was kind of a shit show, because I was the only officer and didn't have a designated route. But I made it work. We did the 3x2 mile at threshold with 2 minute rest at Munn Field. I did a 2 mile warm up and cool down (To IM west and then to Munn field and back)

I'm not sure how accurate the GPS was, but we ended up going way faster than threshold. I probably shouldn't have done that, because I'm racing Portage Saturday... but go hard or suffer the rest of your life. And my workout Tuesday was trash, so I had to make up for it.

Our reps were 10:50, 11:10, and 10:35. Paolo, Matt Ring, Garrett, and Red Cap Jack were there for most of them. Garrett and I ended up cruising the last one pretty hard alone (My boy Paolo decided to take an easier day). I felt really strong for such a long repped workout and feel like I redeemed myself a little bit.

Overall good workout, probably harder than it needed to be. We'll see if I can still run well at Portage lol.
