Comments:
Gradual workout, started out at a 3:05 to let my sore quad loosen up. Chopped that down to a 3 flat, and when my leg finally started to feel loose again, I hammered the work from a varying pace of 2:55 to 2:45 dependent on who was running which course to pace with and whatever felt right
