Time based running

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Hoping you took and Sunday and Monday off.
I want to get a harder one in early this week... and this is a bit long!

Warm up .5 mile easy

Run for 15 min. At a harder type effott but do not look at pace!!
I want this to go completely by feel and effort.

Think like 90% effort so not all out...

After the first 15 min.,

jog/walk for 5 min easily..

Repeat the 15 min piece again going by effort. DO NOT look at watch for pace until the end.

Jog/walk 5 min easily

Finish with 5 min of hard running...not looking at pace still and giving forth the same effort as the first two 15 min pieces

.....cooldown .5 mile easy..

Not sure what the full miealge will come out to but this is another longer one as we continue our marathon training fun!!!

Obviously the outcomes will depend on where you do it, but if we could get this done somewhere relatively flat that would be awesome!!!
No cheating and looking at pace!!
