Harvest Hustle 10??????!!!

Ok this is obviously a trail type race with a lot of turns, so I'm not especially worried about pace.
But I do want to look at this as kind of your last harder longer effort before the half.

I want to try to get on a pattern where you are running pretty strong and fast for 4 to 5 min and only taking 30 sec. walk breaks in between.
If there are spots that are really grassy or rocky and you need to walk a bit extra, go for it, but I want the run parts to really be moving especially after the first couple miles!!

Otherwise there is not much I can say about trail races. Jags
