Ate a huge dinner then ran! Stomach was super full, but when has that ever hindered me before? lol
With not wanting to come into the weekend compromised, yet still maintaining high-end aerobic fitness, a fartlek is always a good go-to.
Felt pretty good, just took it mellow and still hit sub-6's! (5:58, 5:57, 5:54 .... 18:30 @ 5k and 3.5+mi's in 20:00).
Good, little workout!
