This was a decent workout. I was having trouble finding a "gear" that was the right pace, so I ended up going a bit too slow for 600m and then ramping up my cadence and stride force for the last 200m. That didn't lead to the most consistent of splits, but it wasn't bad. Legs felt alright--finally good enough for me to push cardio.
