Uptempo run

Comments:
With race next weekend, this should not be too long, but we still have to get miles in.

Looking for 10 miles at an uptempo pace. (
This does not mean half marathon race pace at ALL.

I think if you start in the high 8's the first couple miles, it would be great to try to hit miles 3-10 in a range of about 8 to 8:30 depending on hills, weather , wind etc.

Please do not push too hard to do this. If it's not a great day, you can always back down.
