Weather: low 50s and windy but nice

Comments:
At 5k pace: 12 x (down powerlines, 1 minute rest at the bottom, then back up, 2 minutes rest at the top.) Around 435m down, very consistent 78-79 with the occasional 77. Way back was consistently 83-84 with an 82 on the last one. Aerobically could recover pretty well, never went into the next interval out of breath, but legs felt so dead by the end just no gas left. Cooldown was uuuuuuuugh. Overall pretty tough
