Uptempo Run

5 miles but This is what we call an "uptempo" day.
Meaning it's not a true tempo pace run, but if you are feeling good and the conditions are descent, let's try to keep a steady
Pace that is faster than easy pace but not like 10k race pace or anything. Maybe close to low 11's if had to guess.
You've been doing this on many runs anyway, so really it's just 5 miles similar to what you have been doing ...only its official this time!!!
