8 miles easy
Trying to keep miealge up.
Woukd love if you could pick up the pace the last .1 of each mile. So from .9 to 1.0 pick it up and get the heart rate going and then go back to easy pace until you hit 1.9 and so on.
Important benefits for the anaerobic system!!
