October 16, 2017 (Afternoon)
Exercise Type: Run
Weather: 50s
Comments:
The main topics of today's run/start of practice was Blaida vs. Sean Virden and how Tom and I plan to adopt boars and give them knock-off, historic milers names. Tom's boar will be named Boarnard Lagat and mine will be Hicham El Boarouje and we'll race them for profit. Boars can apparently run a mile at 30 miles per hour pace, sooooo.
Anyways, we ran 7.4 down the Bouncy Bridge route. I ran with a pack of Lucas, BJ (who randomly showed up late in the run), Paolo, Red Cap Jack, Carson, new Zach, Brett, JB, and some other guys. My legs were a bit sore from yesterday's long run, but it was still nice Fall running weather and it was a quality run.
This run's secondary title will also be the 1,498th return of Tommy B, since he came from a 2 week hiatus. I did a boar noise on the bouncy bridge to honor his return.
