Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Went up the usual satellite loop, but due to traffic we meandered our way through ride road (I think) and up through soapstone valley road and trails. Seriously expected the Hill of Death, but alas, not today. Legs felt pretty good. Not painful, but certainly uneven in strength and flexibility. Cardio is fine.
