Comments:
Dunno why but legs felt like trash today and thus this workout was slower than desired. Maybe it was because I literally did no warmup since I was late getting to Ranney because I was working on capstone rip. The workout was 8x800m w/ 400m jogging rest. After the second one I felt like dropping, but instead I just told myself I would not quit unless I was slower than 2:40 on any of them. With that, here were my splits:

So yeah pretty slow for my goal 5k pace, but it was windy and the turns were tight so whatever. Kinda disappointed though that only like 6 guys did the whole workout.
